- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment immediately upon verification.

2.2 Virtual CFO Services
For ongoing Virtual CFO services, refunds may be available for unused portions of prepaid service periods, subject to the terms of your specific service agreement.
2.3 Tax Notice Resolution Services
Refunds for Tax Notice Resolution services are generally not available once work has commenced, as these services involve immediate professional consultation and document preparation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the analysis has been completed and the report has been generated and delivered
- If you provided incorrect or incomplete financial data that affects the analysis quality
- If you are dissatisfied with the results or recommendations, as these are based on the data you provided
- If you change your mind after the service has been initiated
- If the service was used or accessed successfully
- For any custom or specialized services that have been completed
4. Refund Request Process
